if i leave my heart with you tonight promise me that you're gonna treat it right. | “I suppose it is all a matter of opinion, if the politics do not directly affect you. Why bother with them." She nodded in agreement, not bothering to mention that, as a woman, she was not exactly permitted in political affairs—his opinion on the subject seemed as foreign as the land from which he claimed he’d come. She was certain that he would not appreciate the comment and it was definitely an unnecessary one; even if she could involve herself with politics, she likely wouldn’t. It was a dull, boring affair to sit and debate on one subject for hours—even days—without arriving at a decision.
"If you should ever find yourself in need of honest opinion of your writings, you know what inn I can be found at. I would hope my stay here will be long enough, so I may read something of yours."
“I shall keep that in mind,” she offered with a smile. “Thank you, Sain.”
"Ostia Thanks you my lady Dalia, your kindness and company is a blessing. I need to replenish my purse; I have come a long way. Travel is not cheap. I believe I will be here for a month or more. I would love to explore the city, meet the people and enjoy the scenery of the city by the sea. I would enjoy the theater. I know I’m not much to look at, but I do clean up nicely my lady, would you care to accompany me? If you find time to escape away, I would enjoy another exchange of scholarly ideals."
Dalia dipped into a light curtsy. “It would be a pleasure. Perhaps by then I will have something worthy of someone else’s eye?” The lady replied, smile still gracing her beautiful face. “I pray that these accommodations suit your needs well. Is there anything else with which I can assist you?”

“I suppose it is all a matter of opinion, if the politics do not directly affect you. Why bother with them." Those words were exactly what he thought many times in his life, but he found his place in the senate. Their were plenty of topics in the senate, where his influence and zeal motivated plenty of people to see things his way. She thanked him with a smile, he returned the smile. " I hope your writings are as interesting as your political views, my lady." He was excited to know he would see the lady Dalia again, she was the vision of perfect beauty in his eyes. " Prehaps fate shall be in our favor" he had hoped fate would smile on him atleast one more time while he was in the city.
" It will do my lady, I thank you for your kindness." Before bowing he thought about anything else he might of needed, " I am in need of work my lady, if you could suggest anything I would appreciate it." She was so kind, it was rare to find a noble woman like her. Intellegent, kind and beautiful, she would make any noble happy atleast any noble like him self. " If you are not busy, prehaps you could give me a tour of the city?" Sain would love more time with her, she was a delight.
OOC: sorry for the shortness

"I hope your writings are as interesting as your political views, my lady.”
She smiled sheepishly as she picked at the edge of her sleeve. “As do I, Sain. If they are any less than my views of politics, then my writings should need much improvement.”
“Perhaps fate shall be in our favor”
“It will do, my lady. I thank you for your kindness. I am in need of work, my lady. If you could suggest anything I would appreciate it."
She thought about that for a moment. “Merchant caravans and travelers seem to always be looking for escorts who have at least basic knowledge of sword or bow to accompany them on journeys outside the city. Bandits have become a problem from what I hear with the grain shortage. Beyond that, I apologize but I do not know. Most of my time is spent within the castle.”
“If you are not busy, perhaps you could give me a tour of the city?"
With a small sad smile, Dalia shook her head slowly. “Regretfully, sir, I must return to the palace. My brothers worry if I am absent from their company for long.” She chuckled quietly. “The last thing I would want is a guard deciding that you are causing trouble for the Duke’s baby sister,” that sad smile turned into one that was dazzling as all the other smiles she had flashed him.
(sorry it's so short and sorry for the terribly long wait. I think I want to wrap this one up before starting the Jonos/Sigfried/Dalia thread)

OOC: its ok, theres alot of new threads opening up He watched as she fiddled with her sleeves, his comment had reverted her to a teenager meeying her first handsome knight. Even in her sheepish mood, her beauty did not faulter. The bashful look on her face was pricless, he smiled at her as she began to speak. "As do I, Sain. If they are any less than my views of politics, then my writings should need much improvement.” " I am sure it will be as pleasent an insightful, as your company is." Sain reasured her. "Merchant caravans and travelers seem to always be looking for escorts who have at least basic knowledge of sword or bow to accompany them on journeys outside the city. Bandits have become a problem from what I hear with the grain shortage. Beyond that, I apologize but I do not know. Most of my time is spent within the castle.” It was a good suggestion, and the information he had been given gave him ideas of others jobs that could be available, and a bit of news on this kingdoms issues. So not all was well here in this kingdom, although it was only a shortage this could turn into many open paths. If not handled right, all out war could break out, famine, desease even. As dissmal as his thoughts were, her next reply started with a sad smile. "Regretfully, sir, I must return to the palace. My brothers worry if I am absent from their company for long.” She said with a chuckle. “The last thing I would want is a guard deciding that you are causing trouble for the Duke’s baby sister,” her smile still left him mesmorized. " well by your reply, I take it my Ostian charm has won me a new friend. So today was not a waste, although our time must be cut short. It was a pleasure to meet such a kind, intellegant, and beautiful lady. Lady Dalia, I do pray we meet again." He answered her, slowly he took a step forward. Taking one of her hands slow and lightly, as if she would break at slightest jerk. He bowed kissing the back of her hand, as he moved up he smiled locking his seemingly black eyes with her deep icy blue ones. "Until Lady fate brings us together again, I shall dream of you." He said with joking yet truthful tone, waiting for her reply before he took his leave.
